Good ingredient list overall but I haven't seen huge changes yet in how I feel day to day. Will keep taking it since the quality seems solid.
Finally a multivitamin that doesn't upset my stomach like the cheap ones from the drugstore used to. The methylated B12 and folate seem to actually get absorbed properly for me, huge difference in energy.
